Can't connect to router knocked power off and turned back on saying incorrect password four of us have tried with different devices but no joy wondering if incorrect password is not the right one for router

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreUnless you have previously changed it the Wifi password should be the one printed on the hub and needs to entered as it is shown so using upper case if requited, also make sure you are not entering the letter O instead of the number zero.
