I had spoken to somebody recently that told me the reason for the slow wifi was fixed as they had lifted the shield off and they will send out a booster pack for the wifi. The there is only 2 devices that are connected to the wifi one of which is connected by cable and I am constantly having issues with lagging and speed on the gaming device. The device is not in a black spot room therefore a booster pack is useless as it's the speed of the actual broadband that is the issue.
