My Sky says I don't have broadband with Sky when I obviously do and am paying for and receiving the service.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@neilkh check you are logging in with the Sky id linked to the account. If you are certain you are call Sky to getvthe id sorted out.
