For the past few days I've been having problems connecting to the Internet. The WiFi appears to be working and I am able to connect to the router, however there appears to be no Internet connection, except for a few minutes every few hours.
I have tried and tested all the cables and all appear to be working. I've also tested the phone line with an old landline phone and that appears to work. Also I've done several restarts/resets of the router with no luck.
When I log into the router and check the system details it states that the modem status is disconnected (as shown in the attached photo)
Any help to resolve this would be massively appreciated as I'm having to spend a fortune on mobile data in the meantime in order to work from home.
