I have recently moved from Bt to Sky for my broadband
sky are to reinburse me for the charge for coming out of contract. Can anyone point me in the number I have to contact to get this money back? Thanks

Note that the limit is £100 for broadband (with potentially a separate£100 for subscription television services in some cases), applied as a Sky account credit as indicated above.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreOne other thing to point out @toon100 is that you have to provide a copy of a bill from BT where their early termination charge is clearly shown and also a copy of a statement showing that you have paid that bill.
