Issues with certain sites and image downloads

Hi. We changed to sky recently. All had been going well but we have had considerable issues this week. 

Some things have not been affected - connecting to work systems, streaming music or movies. However, certain things have changed. We are finding it takes ages to load up websites via mobiles and image downloads just constantly get stuck. For example on twitter - text is available but no images. Switching to 4g on mobile devices immediately fixes the issue and images become available. This problem is 24/7 for the last few days. Devices have all been updated, router reset, etc.

I recently switched to sky fibre and was having the same problems, I checked sky shield as advised by TimmyBGood and the age restrictions had been changed from 18 to 13, switched back to 18 and all is well. I was having problems with the channel 4 app aswell and that seems to be ok now. Thanks TimmyBGood. 😁
