Since an hour ago I had no internet checking what is wrong on the health checker it is saying area problems but when I check the page with area problems there are none. What is going on?

With the health checker not working (did you try run tests from my sky app using 4g/5g) you would need to call sky on150 from your landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone to get more specific info

They had a planned outage ( had no notice of this) and seems something went wrong since they now need to fix it which can take up to 2 day not counting now since having stand by ready isn't necessary. I guessed you helped
