Missing engineer

An engineer was supposed to be coming to my house to install broadband on the 13/06/2023 and no one turned up it's now the 14th no one has been and I can't get hold off sky can you re arrange this for me as soon as possible

@Lorenzo+Liam  Have you tried to call Sky in order to find out what is happening with the engineer not turning up to install your broadband. Can you check track orders in my account to see if there is any information.
