No broadband connection

Connection dropping out constantly over last few days but getting progressively worse. Checker on MySky app says its all good even when there is clearly no connection. West Midlands area

@Dandog sounds like a line fault which are not uncommon at this time of year you should report the issue to Sky. Whether Sky can get Openreach to check the line will depend on the number of drops and how long they have been happening. Many of these issues are managed by the automatic systems montoring the connection.
