Our activation date was the 13th January, when plugging in the hub, the yellow light comes on. After a few seconds it flashes yellow, and I've tried leaving it for up to 15minutes but to no resolution. I've also tried the unplugging it and plugging it back in but again this doesn't seem to get the hun up and running.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Ross1810 the hub will not connect until the line has been activated which can happen at any time up until midnight on the activstion day. If your service has not connected call Sky as it sounds like Openreach hit a snag which meant thst further work is required.
