Activation date 13/01 light on sky max hub solid red
I was activated on the 13th plugged my broadband hub in followed the steps the box light is orange the after 30seconds it turns solid red I try to connect to WiFi and it kicks me out it says no WiFi

@Ja4inne you hub has lost connection assuming the linexwas activated there is a fault if it has bever connected then the activation simplybdidn't happen. I would call Sky and report the issue.
