Internet has randomly stopped working, lights orange, others are green, says 17 devices connected but 0 connected right now, checker is saying everything works but it clearly doesnt. Tried switching it off etc etc, Any suggestions?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out morePerhaps some late night maintenance is taking place on your line so if the same is happening in the morning try running the line test here:

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
