I was told I've got super broadband and wouldn't have any issues but on watching on tv x and parromount plus and others it just keeps stopping

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@lee216 assuming your other devices are working normally then the issue is probably poor wifi connection to your TV or streaming device. If you have Netflix run the Network Test in thecapp's Get Help menu you need around 15Mb/s to watch in HD but if your home has a lot of interference from neighbour's networks that could be yhe issue. Assuming you cant use Ethernet you msy need to psy for better wifi.
