Internet dropping out

My internet keeps dropping in & out and when I've called 150 all I get is the automated voice and it tells me that there is a fault but for me to run a broadband test and then report the fault but it says that everything is fine but it's not so I need to book a fault but I can't so is there a phone number to call to get this sorted with speaking to someone who is a real person
