Hi, i am having the exact same problem! Is there any way to get someone to chat to me too please? My phone, tablet and laptop are all being so slow and I'm being disconnected when playing online on my switch, it's been happening for about a week now and it's really frustrating as I need Internet to work

Apologies, Everything seemed to settle for a few days but the issue has reared it's ugly head again
