We had a new router installed yesterday by OpenReach for Sky. All working fine for a fee hours then suddenly stopped with intermittent red light. 40 minutes on hold to Sky and eventually gave up. I'd forgotten just how awful the customer service is. The following morning and still no broadband service. We both wfh [content removed] Not the best start.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mark1554 is the red light on the ONT unit? If so there is an issue with the fibre service itself likely a substandard weld thst needs remaking. Getting hold of Sky's customer support can be challenging especially at peak times to help you I am escalating your post to a Sky team who support the forum . They will invite you to stsrt a private online chat through the forum where a hat icon will appear.
