Broadband issues

I'm having an issue when I receive a call on my landline phone my internet goes off and stops working and only comes back on when the landline call is finished.

No filter just broadband is connected to landline socket on skirtingboard on the wall

Dial 150, when asked the nature of  the call say " Technical ", you may be asked for a mobile number, give this, but DO NOT hang up and you should be dropped into the queue to speak to an advisor.
