Eufy hub won’t pick up cameras

I have changed to fibre and notice my eufy hub can connect but won't find cameras.i have removed the sync to 5ghz and so split the broadband.

still doesn't work - any ideas? Do I need to change security settings or something

Which Eufy cameras are you using? I am pretty sure most Eufy cameras connect directly to your Eufy Homebase, not to your WiFi hub.
