Ours is exactly the same! We have no broadband either but it says on the app we have a good connection. Our sky won't work and our phones are having to use 4G

Same here hopefully it will rectify it's self by morning if not will have to phone them going to pain doing that so much red tape

Hi booked engineer coming tomorrow mine still the same so I went online on the sky app and book a engineer
