Sky tv stops working when child goes on VR headset

Daughters VR causes tv to not work when she's using. Only other person using is son on his PS5 surely it should be able to handle these 3 devices?

What exactly is she doing on the VR headset? If there is an element of streaming or casting it then this can use a serious amount of bandwidth. Which Sky hub do you have and what speed package are you on?
