Loosing WiFi connection since last Thursday

Hi,

WiFi is dropping out now this is the 4th occasion over the last 5 days. There was some work being done outside our home on the telegraph post, where extra cable has been left since Thursday, however since this work or whatever they were doing it has now caused issues. 
would someone kindly take a look into this problem please
