LOS on Sky Openreach not lit

Hi I've newly subscribed to Sky stream, although we have had sky under my ex partners name. We had Sky Q, now I have Sky Stream. Since changing over, the LOS light on our Sky openreach box is not lit? The streaming and signal in others rooms in the house is extremely poor. Please can the LOS but be relit and good signal to have the best experience again please? Many thanks Michael Christiansen

LOS stands for Loss Of Signal.

It's intended to be unlit when broadband is working normally: being lit up indicates the external circuit has failed.

Almost certainly because you no longer have the Q television box(es) providing wireless hotspot functionality.
