Broadband bamdwidth

Hi. My broadband has gone live today and all is good except for my smart plugs. They require the 2.4ghz bandwidth to connect to and I can't find out how to separate them. I've logged on to my router and unchecked the box but this has made no difference. Any guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks
