Received email from sky ,or is it a scam . It says this .
We have been advised that we can no longer use the payment details you previously provided to us.
Please provide us with new Direct Debit or Credit Card details, or your Sky services will be restricted.
Failure to make payment at the earliest opportunity, may also result in a late payment fee of £10.00 being applied to your account prior to restriction of service.. (never had an issue before ) advice please . Thanks

That smack of a scam email all day long!

Can you take a screen shot removing any personal details and post an image?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@NessercatIt sounds like a scam BUT go into your on line account and look at your messages to see if it is there. If you need to make changes don't do it by following an email link do it via your on line account directly.

Checked online sky account , everything fine .last bill paid 8/6/23 . . Very strange email .

I would expect somethink better from sky tv, an email . Maybe a letter and a contact number rather than using customer services. Never had this before ,so feel it's a scam

DD set up on bank app , sky app no issues . . Will phone bank asap . Treating it as a scam .
