Home move unsuccessful

Home move. Engineer came out to install sky but unable to as a huge tree is blocking any signal. Put new address address in and it now says cannot provide Sky stream....what do I do ???? Virgin can not supply to my new address either

@Twistiefries   Sky Stream requires a fast broadband, do you have that at your home?  Have they given a reason why they cannot supply Sky Stream to your home?

That may be because the previous order is still open.  Stream isn't restricted geographically as long as the minimum broadband speed is obtainable.
