I need to speak to someone human about my sky tv account?

I really need to speak to a human being.  I am out of contract.  Want to discuss the contract yet there is noone to speak to?  the packages on the website make no sense and I dont appear to be able to cancel certain parts?

@KatRay  when calling stay on the line for as long as possible and ignore the bot when prompted to respond, you will eventually be placed in the queue to talk to an agent

If you’re no longer in a discounted minimum term, or its ending soon the best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

We are human but we are customers like you. You'll need to call Sky to speak directly to an agent.

I believe Sky are only allowed to employ humans as animals & space aliens are simply not up to the job
