No customer service

I had some unforeseen circumstances and was unable to pay my bills. Sky have now suspended my services. Telling me to call them etc but how can I call them if they've suspended my services???? How does this make sense? I want to talk to them about reinstating my services but I cannot call. Sky do not have a customer service email address so I cannot email either. Please help!

@Anonuser1  You won't be able to speak to Sky until you clear any outstandng balance, Sky don't do any kind of payment plans on live accounts.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

No need to talk to them - simply pay the outstanding amount and reinstate any regular payment method.

 

When the payment clears your services will be restored.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Restrictions are applied automatically and agents can’t override this process even if you call. Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what is owed and set up a new continuous payment method.

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. If you’re in arrears for 56 days or more Sky can fully terminate your subscription. Any calls to Sky will only prompt you to make a payment.

Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. (Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week).

You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link
