Change new contract

I have just re-newed my contract and my husband has just had an accident which means he can't work. I only work part time as I am a carer for my disabled son and will struggle paying the bill. (£80 a month for tv and broadband - not as good a deal as I thought at the time - I'm a bit of a pushover). Is it possible to alter it even if I get rid of the tv? I need the broadband more as that is what my son uses for YouTube as he can't do anything else. Thanks

How long ago did you renew? Sky might consider you to be in a cooling-off period. If so, you should be able to change your package.

We are fellow  customers here  like yourself  you  would  need to ring  sky  and  explain  the  situation  you are in at the  moment  and see what they can do for you  even if you  are still in your cooling off period  you will still  need to ring  them hope you  get it  sorted  soon
