Refund of credit

Hi, I moved from Sky Q to stream. 

There is a credit on my account for Sky Q but hasn't been applied to my last two bills. Appreciate any advice/direction on how to claim a refund. Thanks all

It won't be used towards your Stream bill as they are different accounts. Refunds should take about 6 weeks from your last day of Sky Q connection (but appear to be taking longer in some cases).


Wecan try to help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here if you wish.

Thank you Daniel, that is good to know.

 

In that case I will just wait till it hits the bank now that I know it will be getting refunded autonatically. Thank you for the quick response/info.
