Received email saying I've cancelled when I haven't

Hi, I've received 3 emails from sky at the same time telling me I've cancelled my install when that is not the case. I have redirected DPD to deliver their delivery to Monday from Saturday as we weren't in. How do I find out if it has been cancelled, everything looks ok in my SKY app.

@Matwor

I would suggest you call Sky on this at least for your own piece of mind as it might be the email was sent to you in error.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

TV and broadband is what I've ordered I'm not 100% certain what they're saying is cancelled, I assume all of it.
