Price quote change

Went to join Sky again over 10+yrs and my price quoted for Stream was £15, but once I'd signed in (my email was recognised) the price went up to £22 for the same package? Anyone know why?

@Anonymous  £15 is probably the new customer price which you would only qualify for if rejoining after more than 18 months away, so how long since you left sky

Are you saying you left Sky 10 years ago, if so you need to sign up as a new customer so do not login to your old account and either use a different email address or remove it from your old account first.
