I have returned all my sky equipment and they have the post office barcode numbers however I am still getting requests to return the equipment.
if I call about returns I get cut off and sent a link about returns.
any idea how to resolve this?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will hopefully be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
