@Adriankeetch It's your property, so you'll need to get someone to fix it. If you have Sky Q, Sky will send an engineer without charge if you ask them. If you have Sky+ you'll need to contact a local satellite company at your own cost.

Be aware that it's your legal liability if that should damage person or property (just as if a roof tile did the same) : ownership of dishes passes to the householder on installation, with a 12 month warranty from Sky.

Sky came out yesterday 28th and replaced the dish and the wiring as the sea air had perished the cables,all up and running again ,thanks for your help
