@Jon65 Is this on a Sky box or on your smart TV?
Have you ran a connection test in the Get Help section of the Netflix app, what speed is the box/TV getting?
You either have weak/poor WiFi or slow broadband, if not the issue may well be with Netflix themselves.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
