Right so I have my new iPhone15, and I've transferred everything across from my old phone. Trying to convert my sim to an eSim, but the site keeps wanting to send a code, to a phone that no longer works! My new phone won't accept messages, as the sim isn't activated

Hi, I never got an email! Maybe I need to wait a bit longer, as nothing in the help files seems to work. Thank you for taking the time to reply so quickly
