No 4G after activating SIM

Hello,

 

I took a Sky Mobile offer after being told, on the phone and website, that I'm in a good coverage indoor and outdoor 4g area. 

I activated the SIM and 4G is yet to appear. 

 

How long should it take?

 

If it doesn't appear I need to cancel the contract within the cooling off period and go to someone else.

Is the sim now showing as activated on your account ?

To clarify, I have 3G signal but nothing of 4G.
