Transfer number to new sky iphone

I have transferred all information from old iPhone 13 to new iPhone 16 but number hasn't transferred to iphone16. 
please advise.

@Susie491  Are you using your original Sky Mobile sim?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Have you ejected the SIM from your old phone and put it in your new one?

No! The reason is is because the iphone16 doesn't physically take a SIM card .

i may have to ring sky iinstead.

Ok! In that case then, I just transfer my sim to new iPhone 16 and everything should be good to go., or do I still need to contact sky?

Yes, simply move the SIM across.  No reason to contact Sky.

Okay thank you. 
I presumed because everything transferred over I was good to go but clearly not!
