Upgrade Sky phone after 2 plus and I never missed payment but suddenly I not credit sufficient ready

Dear friends,

Please can I  order an replacement SIM as I can't use my phone to discuss my upgrade? And suddenly my credit treating its not sufficient strong for an upgrade although it's costing a an additional £4 and over the 2 plus I never missed an payment. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Burnsey  the only way to order a replacement sim now is by calling sky on 150.  You can't do it here or in your account. If you are failing the credit check then there is nothing anyone can do other than you investigate why and look into improving your score.

Why can you not make a call from your phone as a replacement sim will come with the same number as to what you have now ?
