Poor singal in the center of Reading

Hello

It seems that there is a problem with Sky signal in the center of Reading. A number of people I work with and I (all on Sky Mobile) see full bars of 4G, but there is no connectivity. Putting the phone into and out of airplane mode sorts the issue for a few mins. This was never an issue until a month or so ago. 

How do I get this sorted?

Only "Our Network can get busy in this area.". As I say, this has only become an issue in the past month, so doesn't seem like a general capacity problem.

i only have 1 bar i put in aeroplane mode but not worked

I have the same problem. In Crewe. Yesterday I was in Chester and I had no coverage at all. Sky coverage is a disaster
