I'm in Poland and my data worked for the first day. It's suddenly stopped working and I can also see 'data usage not available' on my sim and my husband's sim (he is still in the UK)
I've tried resetting my phone, requesting the network settings and checking the service status but nothing works. Can anyone help?
My daughter is in Poland and her mobile isnt working either. Fobbed off by sky as usual with there is a problem with roaming they are looking into it. What confuses me is why go through the turn it on/off wipe the sim card yah yah yah if they know they have a problem. Sky need to get the act in gear no announcements or anything online so I now have a daughter alone in Poland with no mobile!
