How much arrears was there?
The payment may not have cleared - if it doesn't activate tomorrow try calling Sky on 150 (it should worked even with a restricted account)

Did you also setup your payment method again as this will need doing if you are yet to do this.

Yes I have set up payment details for the next payment due 2nd April. Arrears were over £100 ( 2 phones on my account) don't see how much owed would affect getting service back though ? It's Tuesday now and still waiting.

I looked online ( mysky app) bill is showing as paid and estimated next bill is £0:00 ?

In that case see if you can call Sky on 150 and try either saying nothing or agent when asked about your call.

Thanks everyone for your help. Phoned sky today as sim still restricted. It seems because paying back arrears took longer than Sky would like the sim is now "defunct " can't be activated again so I now have to wait for a new sim to arrive. Good news is it's only £5 a month 😊👍

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.
Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what is owed and set up a new continuous payment method. Restrictions will have been applied automatically so agents can’t override this process.
If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. Also it’s worth noting that if you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.
Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.
You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link
