I've tried that several times still not resolved my issue my phones works at home on virgin wifi but turn that off to use mobile data and nothing works no phone calls no messages no internet tried them sending me an eSIM still same they've said tonight there sending out new apn settings in next 48 hours to try that I won't hold my breath all other devices in the home with sky are working as normal my issue started over 2 week ago I rang up they said id cancelled my SIM card 😂😂😂 I seriously hadn't then the next call to them they lady said it was an issue at their end n would need to re activate my sim it's never worked since

I have had the same issue for the last 3 days ....did you ever get it resolved. Phone only working on wfi - can't connect to mobile network despite restting network settings etc.... Funnily enough this is the second phone in the house this has happened to the month after I've finished paying it off......

No it's still not sorted I was assured it would be sorted by today at the latest I'm fuming 😤 none of them seem to know what there doing one says it's signal in my area (no it's not my other family devices all work fine ) then tried saying I'd cancelled my sim ( I deffo hadn't) then said it was a fault their end and they would reactivate sim still didn't work so issued me an eSIM I activated that still doesn't work I can only use my phone at home on virgin home WiFi but still can't make calls it's saying something about check spend cap but I have and I don't have a spend cap on sky confirmed I haven't I rang again and issued another eSIM still doesn't work I'm on day 19 of my phone having no mobile data my bills paid all other devices working it's just mine I'm gonna have to ring again today I was assured it would be sorted by today n they were adding £10 compensation payment towards next bill for the inconvenience!!!! What a joke
