Upfront cost showing on bill

I have just upgraded to a new phone and used the make a one off payment option which said I only had £21.50 to pay. Everything went through fine and new phone recieved, however it is now showing as still oweing £10.75 and also saying upfront payment which I don't know what that means. Can anyone tell me what's happened?

I think you will need to call Sky about this so they can look into it for you .150 is the free number to use to call them on.
