Still being charged for old device

I upgraded my phone and paid off the remaining balance so I could keep that phone. I am still being charged a monthly payment for this old device and not sure why? I have kept the same plan I was on so have not started a new plan.

Hi @Rach118  have you checked your account in case the payment you made has been applied as credit to your account ? What are your future bills showing ?

What was the result of this?

This has happened to me. Looks like Sky continued to bill me for my tablet long after it was paid off.

If it was the tablet that they were billing you for and not a sim then you will need to raise this with them by calling them.

Thanks. It was the tablet. It used to show in my account as being in credit although I specicially told the guy on the phone that the payment was to clear the balance.  None of this now shows on my account statements. Weird?!
Can't get any help at times I'm available. The bot is about as much use as a chocolate kettle, and customer services is closed when I'm awake and not working. I'll have to make an effort on my next day off.
