Hi @EugeniaGorscov you aren't talking to sky CS here so nothing will happen as a result of your post here. You will need to call sky to see why it's been returned to sky and ask if they will resend it. If you have a sky sim then call on 150.

Hi, I was supposed to receive the package on Monday morning. I didn't receive anything, I talked to Dpd, they said that Sky requested the return of the package. On the Sky app it said that the driver could not leave the package safely. Now I still have no answer from Sky. Although I called them but no one answers.

Try calling them throughout the day as you should be able to get through to someone if you stay on the line long enough.

Same thing happened me aswell on the same day, if you haven't yet call sky explain your situation and one of the team members will help you.
I did the above and it could be one of the advance security checks they did.
