eSIM issue
Hi Guys, I finally switched over to Sky Mobile and opted to keep my number and an esim. After trying to install, it prompted eSIM can't be installed. I've no coverage now and I can't request a new code, as the number it sends it to is the mobile number that has no coverage. They are also closed so I can't ring to get it sorted. Any help would be great. Thanks

Re: eSIM issue
We're into day 4 without any resolution! To say the esim decision was an awful idea is an understatement. After 6 calls, the last one 54 minutes and a visit to a Sky kiosk, I'm left waiting for a physical SIM card. It's unlikely it be here for Christmas as well. To add to the annoyance, I get a message stating my 1st bill will be due on 24th 🤣 I'd delete my bank details before then if it wasn't connected to my SKY TV account. The tech support team are of no use for these situations. They read from a script and have no idea what they're actually reading. The system set up for them is also of no use. Not able to send a security code to an email is incredible. So many issues with their eSIM set up which I wouldn't recommend. I need a Christmas miracle to have coverage on my phone for Christmas Day calls with family!
