I brought an iPhone 12 in 02nd June 2024, just out of no where my front camera isn’t working. I’ve tried everything update software, paid for more storage, rebooted, reset my iPhone. I’ve spoke to apple who said this is a fault. I’ve never heard of this happening before but now I can’t use any of its features such as Apple Pay because it’s needs Face ID and as I reset my phone it’s took all cards etc away. I can’t use FaceTime, WhatsApp videoing. Please can you advise what I can do, is the phone under warranty?
