Can’t activate new SIM card

Hi anyone please can you help me.

i have had tv and internet account with sky and decided to have a mobile sim as well I received the SIM card and attempted to attavate but it says I must link accounts before I can? I have tried with the information I have but I don't have a sky mobile account? Please help it's driving me crazy
