Hello I have paid my bill this morning and I am still cut off, I need my data

Have you set u a payment method on your account as you do need to do this if you haven't. Once you have done this you will need to give the payment time to be cleared by the banks.

 

Also if you were 2 weeks or more late paying this bill you will also need to pay the next one as well.

Hi @Alanis17  have you also set up a new continuous payment method (such as a new direct debit) ?
