i just added bt sport to my sky package about 2 housr  and i can't get it going on skygo app just say's to enjoy this service please upgrade you subcsrition

You might need to give it a while for Sky Go to unblock it as sometimes this can take a while certainly more than a few hours even if you can view the channels via your Sky box.
